Chalfont Line Holidays has been providing quality holidays for slow walkers and wheelchair users since 1980. Our aim has always been to provide high levels of services and facilities, security, comfort and peace of mind, so that you can enjoy the pleasures of travelling. Over these many years, our experience has shown us that our clients need and demand a much higher standard of service and knowledge of their circumstances than those offered by standard bulk tour operators. To meet these standards, all our escorted holidays are accompanied by an experienced Tour Manager and we have a large operating staff presence that is there to assist our clients when they need it, enabling clients with special requirements to enjoy domestic and international travel with the expert care and assistance of our professional staff.

* Carefully researched travel preparations for accessibility, such as hotels, transport, leisure facilities and excursions.

* Door to Door transport to and from the departure point of the holiday and assistance with luggage.

* On flying holidays: attend to check in procedures, assist through security formalities, help to board the aircraft, assist using the toilet facilities on board the aircraft. On arrival at the destination, help with disembarking the aircraft and accessing the wheelchair, assist with arrival procedures and luggage. Transfer to accessible vehicles.

* Check in and luggage formalities at hotels.

* Holiday helper for domestic and international travel.

* Tailor made Personal Assistance Packages with everyday tasks to suit individual needs.

We at Chalfont Line share a deep commitment to your own personal holiday experience,and hold licences such as (ATOL) Air Travel Organisers' License and (CPT) Confederation of Passenger Transport UK.

Our holidays are based on small exclusive groups of 15 clients plus staff. The coaches are specifically designed for a smaller number of passengers without compromising on comfort and safety, and are fully air conditioned. Those clients who wish to remain in their chair whilst travelling will be able to do so.

Slow Pace
All our holidays are designed for comfort and safety and are operated at a much slower pace than mainstream tour operators. Our tours are not rushed,we have regular comfort breaks.No worries if you are not as agile as once were, our itineraries are planned with you the traveller in mind.You will have time to relax while still enjoying the best of what the destination visited has to offer. Our programme offers a variety of holiday destinations to suit every taste, together with a number of all included excursions.YES, all excursions in our programme are included in the published price, there are no hidden extras.We only use professional staff to conduct these complimentary guided tours.You will have the possibility to find out more about the destinations visited as we only use guides with "local knowledge". Tour Manager
For the duration of the holiday one of our courteous and helpful Chalfont Line Tour Managers will accompany you, their role is to ensure that your holiday is "hassle free" so that you can relax and enjoy the holiday to the full. At Chalfont Line Holidays, you the client come first.You will meet the Tour Manager at the holiday departure point, they will liaise with hotel staff on your behalf and on air holidays will handle all the check-in procedures at airports.They will hold tickets and other travel documentation on your behalf.

Your Hotels
We aim to use whenever possible 4 star establishments. These well located quality hotels have been carefully selected by our own staff or by our overseas agents to provide the best in standards and facilities together with a courteous staff and high standard of cuisine.They offer either their own evening entertainment or are within easy distance from bars, cafes, restaurants.Hotels price rooms in order to obtain maximum occupancy, therefore our holiday prices are based on twin sharing; this applies when travelling with a partner or companion. However, if travelling on your own you will automatically incur in the single room supplement which is based on single occupancy of twin or double room. Some wheelchair accessible rooms will be available for those clients who request them; these will be allocated on first come first served basis.
