Holidays for Disabled People

We provide wheelchair accessible holiday solutions for people with restricted mobility. Most of our clients are confined to a wheelchair and are looking for holiday accommodation with wheelchair access. The properties we offer have been inspected by us or have been recommended by a wheelchair user and in our judgement offer a good level of access for wheelchair users.

Additional Services

Wherever possible, we endeavor to arrange additional services for our holiday makers like Nursing and Care services, (Tenerife), Car Hire including wheelchair accessible vehicles, mobility equipment hire such as hoists, shower chairs, etc. and adapted vehicles.

Jersey makes every effort to ensure that disabled visitors' experience of the island is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Most of its visitor attractions are wheelchair-friendly, and facilities for the hard of hearing and visually impaired are widely available. Particularly impressive is the Durrell Wildlife Park where you can hire scooters or wheelchairs, if necessary. Most of the resorts have long, accessible promenades, ideal for rolling along whilst enjoying the sea air.



 The resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, in the south of the island, are well known to British tourists. Many shops, bars and restaurants are found along the flat promenade which stretches for miles along the seafront. The area of Arona  caters particularly well for travellers in wheelchairs. Ther beach of Playa de Las Vistas had been boarded to make it wheelchair accessible. There area accessible toilets and shower areas and amphibian wheelchairs available to access the sea more easily.


Spain has always been very popular with the British tourist. Our selection of wheelchair accessible hotels are located in some of the most favoured areas of Spain giving you a great choice of holiday types. Chhose from the quiet traditional town of Garrucha with its Blue Flag beach contrasting with Torremolinos, a favourite resort  for the British holidaymaker. All resorts provide some excellent wheelchair accessible accommodation along with a selection of equipment available for hire. Wheelchair accessible transfers are available to your chosen hotel.


Mallorca (also known as Majorca) is the largest of the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean. Its capital is Palma de Mallorca. The island is very diverse with lovely beaches, a mix of both historic and modern buildings, beautiful scenery and plenty of shops. The island is a long time favourite for many British travellers. Most of the accessible hotels we feature are located on the East of the island. Transfers provided in wheelchair accessible taxis. The transfer time is 1.5 to 2 hours.


Lanzarote, situated 70 miles off the coast of Africa, is the most easterly of the Canary Islands. The island enjoys moderate temperatures all the year round, with some light rainfall. The island is volcanic, which gives rise to some spectacular scenery. In spite of its volcanic nature, Lanzarote has several beautiful white beaches. Accessible accommodation on the isalnd varies from luxury hotels to comfortable private villas. There is a wide selection of equipment available for you to hire.

Gran Canaria

Gran Canaria is located southeast of Tenerife and west of Fuerteventura. The island is volcanic and has the second largest population of the Canary Islands after Tenerife. This island is called a "Miniature Continent" due to the different climates and variety of landscapes found. A third of the island is under protection as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. The island's average daytime highs range from 20 °C in winter, to 26 °C in summer. Some cool nights occur in winter, but lows below 10 °C are unknown. Hot southeasterly winds from the Sahara can push temperatures above 38 °C (100 °F) on rare occasions, but these conditions don't normally last long. Annual rainfall averages 228 mm, most of this falling in the cooler months, with July, August and September normally rainless.

 Florida/Brigdewater Crossing

The holiday resort of Orlando offers people of every age a marvellous opportunity to enjoy the superb theme parks and sights of Central Florida, all of which enjoy first class wheelchair access. The magic of Disney, the thrills of Universal Studios, the sights of Seaworld - the list is almost endless and all with excellent wheelchair access.

This luxury development of houses and bungalows is in its own community just 12 minutes drive from Disney World. Our villa on Westport Lane can accommodate parties with 2 wheelchair travellers if necessary. The large, spacious house is ideal for wheelchair visitors featuring two accessible shower-rooms. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a large, private garden surrounding the pool-deck. There is a total of 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people. Master bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite wheel-in shower room and toilet. Master bedroom 2 has twin beds with an en-suite wheel-in shower room and toilet. There is a wheeled shower chair for your use at the house. Both master bedrooms lead directly out onto the poolside deck. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds and share a separate bathroom this is not fully accessible.
