Our award-winning Cornish stone cottages are situated between the beautiful harbour towns of Looe and Polperro and are converted from original farm buildings here on the Cornish Coast. Our cottages are 4 star Gold rated for self-catering, 4 star silver for bed and breakfast.

Cornwall Holiday Cottages

Perfect Cornish holiday homes: 4 star converted farm buildings in a superb rural setting. We are proud to have been awarded the Gold Award for self-catering accommodation by Enjoy England.

Our holiday cottages are 4 star awarded. All converted from the original farm buildings: Bramble Byre was originally the milking shed, Dairy Dell the dairy, and Katie’s Cottage used to be the piggery.

Inside the cottages

Three tastefully converted Cornish stone cottages, cleverly designed to meet the needs of all visitors, including infirm and disabled wheelchair users. Comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard, your visit will be memorable, not only for the interior of the cottages, but also for the pleasure to be had in the extensive gardens and surrounding farm lanes.

All have central heating and fully-equipped kitchen areas. WiFi Internet access is also available.

Bed & Breakfast

Adjacent to the holiday cottages is the farmhouse, a traditional stone building at the centre of our working farm. Enjoy the comfort of a lovely old farmhouse along with the luxury of en-suite bedrooms and the added extravagance of an indoor heated swimming pool and spa bath. We're a VisitBritain 4-star Gold Award Bed & Breakfast!

Our co-ordinates are: N50 23.666 W4 33.678

Take the A38 from Plymouth, bypass Liskeard and Dobwalls.

At roundabout take second left A390 to St Austell.

Proceed to East Taphouse and turn left onto the B3359.

Four miles down this road is a right hand sign for Stonerush Lakes and a farm sign for Bocaddon Farm.

We are just a few hundred yards down this lane on your left.
