Here's What our Guests Say...

"Another lovely holiday. The house is so warm and cosy in this cold
weather. Super."

The R Family, Kirkcaldy

"What a wonderful week we’ve had! Dirleton is so pretty and the house
is extremely well-equipped and comfortable. What fund we’ve had
visiting the castles, beaches and parks in the local area. Very much
enjoyed visits from deer and pheasant families too!"

The Y Family, Aberdeenshire

"Our third holiday at Denis Duncan House. Thoroughly enjoyed
ourselves as usual in this well-equipped house in peaceful
surroundings of Dirleton. Looking forward to a return visit next May."

The T Family, Glasgow

"Our fifth time staying at the house and as always it has been lovely
(apart from the weather!). Meals at Castle Inn very nice. Back again
same time next year!"

The T Family, Northumberland

"Very suitable accommodation for a family. Enjoyed week."
The E Family, Co. Fermanagh, N. Ireland

"Our first visit here. Excellent cottage. Everything we needed.
Hopefully we will return next year."

The G Family, Northumberland

"After two years visiting Norfolk we thought we would give Scotland a
go! We were not disappointed. This cottage is as well thought out as
Berwick Cottage and this makes for an enjoyable stay."

The P Family, Wirral

"A great holiday. Weather good. Would recommend to disabled people
as our son who has Muscular Dystrophy loved it."

The R Family, Tyne & Wear

"Our third visit has been a great success. Marvellously quiet and
peaceful. The sandy beaches are magical. Always new things to be
seen. I do hope we can return. A roe deer came to see us off!"

M Family, Lincolnshire

"Amazing house, very comfy and homely. Lovely to see deer and
pheasants. Wonderful to have so much equipment available. Lots of
great places to visit – Seabird Centre in N Berwick well worth a visit."

The M Family, Harrogate

"After staying at Berwick Cottage, Norfolk, we haven’t been let down.
Beautiful surroundings, lots to do and places to visit. Loved the
conservatory. Well equipped and ideal for our service-users’ needs.
We will be back."

The staff at Oakfield Close, Hertfordshire

"I have never been on a holiday with a client where everything is so well
equipped and clean. It is a beautiful house in a fantastic area and I
hope we can return next year. Big thank you to everyone who looks
after it."

The staff at Woodlands Cottage, Northumberland

"Excellent holiday. Cottage is outstanding, lovely and peaceful. It should
be 5- star not 4-star! Will be back again."

The staff at New Lodge House, Midlothian

"Another relaxing and enjoyable week just chilling out and taking life at a
slower pace – great! We’ll be back."

The Y Family, Lanarkshire
