Activities / Out & About

There are relaxing activities, such as a holistic massage or gentle strolls by the seaside. Some are educational, teaching people about the area, the history and the culture. Some are just for fun, like tobogganing, snow tubing or crazy golf. Others teach new skills such as canoeing, horse riding, karting and archery, or climbing and balance skills on the adventure course.

Many of our guests want to try new activities when they come to Wales, and although the things they choose seem scary at first, with lots of support and encouragement, they manage to overcome their fears and really enjoy themselves. Whatever activities are chosen, they help promote self confidence and self esteem, and give each individual a real sense of achievement, and everywhere they go, they meet new people and form new friendships.
