Support and Care

Nutley Edge Activity Breaks are suitable for adults with a learning disability or on the autistic spectrum. We provide an average of one member of support staff for every four guests. However, for guests who require a higher level of support, we are happy to discuss individual needs and arrange a package with increased support.

Our team of welcoming and experienced activity co-ordinators and staff all work for Outward, a registered charity that has been supporting adults with learning disabilities and on the autistic spectrum for over 40 years. Our staff provide general day-to-day prompting, support and supervision, to ensure all our guests have a safe, engaging and enjoyable stay.

Guests are more than welcome to bring their own support staff. However, this will be at an extra cost, to cover meals, transportation and accommodation for the member of staff. Please do get in touch if you would like to bring your own support, and we will make sure that all your needs are met.
