About Us...

South Coast Mobility Hire has been set up by husband and wife team Jack and Beth Lambert.  Between us we have a great understanding of the needs and requirements of those with limited mobility. We also have a great passion for providing excellent levels of service and will always go the extra mile to ensure that our customers are completely happy with the service that they receive.  We are always available to help out in an approachable and friendly manner.  Because we are a family business you can be assured that you will always receive the very best attention, and that we really understand some of the difficulties that people with limited mobility and their carers face.  By being able to rely on us we know that we can improve your holiday experience.  Loading up your car with bulky mobility equipment can mean compromising on other luggage for your holiday.  Using South Coast Mobility Hire you can travel in comfort and ease, knowing that your mobility equipment will be ready and waiting for you on your arrival.

• South Coast Mobility Scooter Hire

We can hire both boot scooters and larger models, depending on your needs.  We will make sure that the equipment you hire is what you need, where you need it, and when you need it. All of our scooters are provided in tip top condition with first class batteries.  Scooters are fully serviced and maintained and PAT tested so you can feel safe using it.  We take all the time needed to show the customer how the equipment and ensure that it works.  Should you run into difficulties during your hire period then we are always at the end of the telephone to provide any assistance needed. 
 

• South Coast Wheelchair Hire

We provide a variety of wheelchairs including transit and self propelled models, also those with drop sides.  We can also provide other accessories such as straps if needed.  If you need a wheelchair model with special requirements such as lightweight models, heavier weight models or those with drop sides then call us to let us know and we will do our very best to ensure that you have what you need.  Should you be travelling with your own wheelchair and run into difficulties during your visit let us know, and we aim to supply a replacement item urgently for you.
 

• Accessories

In addition to scooters and wheelchairs we can also supply a wide variety of accessories including bath stools, tri-wheel walkers, rollators and zimmer frames.  We have indoor walkers that are designed to fit through the narrow doorways in caravans and mobile homes, so whether indoors or out and about you can still make the very most of your visit.  Simply call us to let us know if you have any specific items or accessories that you need and we will do our very best to provide them for you.

We offer a wide range of items at extremely competitive prices.  You may well be very surprised at just how affordable hiring your mobility needs locally can be.  In addition you can hire from us in complete confidence that all our items are fully covered by Public Liability Insurance and are kept in excellent condition.

Where We Operate...

We have centres in Chichester and Liphook, so South Coast Mobility Hire covers the breathtaking area between Worthing and Portsmouth, including Arundel, Bognor Regis, Chichester, Selsey, The Witterings and Hayling Island.  We also cover north of the coast including Petworth, Midhurst, Guildford and Farnham.  If you are travelling outside of this area, please contact us as we are very often able to help.
