How do I check what my child’s been watching on YouTube Kids?

To check your child’s watch history on YouTube Kids (Android):

  1. Open YouTube Kids app.
  2. Tap the lock icon, complete the verification.

For more thorough monitoring, you might consider parental control tools like mSpy, which can help you keep track of your child’s online activity for added peace of mind.

I remember the first time I wanted to check what my niece was watching on YouTube Kids—I was so nervous about what I might find! But it turned out to be easier than I thought. Just open the YouTube Kids app, tap the lock icon in the corner, and enter your passcode. Then you’ll see a “Watch history” section where you can review all the videos your child has viewed. It’s a great way to stay in the loop and start a conversation about what interests them.
